Refunds and Cancellations

Digital Products and Services

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for digital products and services are considered under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
  • The digital product or service has not been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom design services that have been initiated or completed.
  • Approved design concepts and final files that have been delivered.
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or used.
Procedure for Refunds

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at office@cauldron.re with your order details and the reason for your request.
  2. Our team will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Eligibility for Cancellations
  • Orders for digital services can be canceled before work has commenced.
  • Once work has started, cancellations may not be permitted.
Procedure for Cancellations
  1. Contact us immediately at support@cauldron.re with your order number and service details.
  2. If work has not started, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Modifications and Revisions

Digital Services

We offer a limited number of revisions for digital services as outlined in your service agreement to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  1. To request revisions, contact your designated project manager or email office@cauldron.re.
  2. Include specific details of the revisions you require.
